Challenge: KCETB (Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board) required an efficient and modern solution for climate control and water management in their ETB Training Centre located in Kilkenny. The project aimed to create a comfortable environment for both staff and students while optimising space and energy efficiency.

Solution: KPH installed a comprehensive air conditioning system that provides both heating and cooling across the entire building. This system is integrated with a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit, ensuring improved air quality and energy savings. For water services, a rooftop water tank is installed, along with a standalone cold water booster pump in a waterproof kiosk to save space and provide reliable water supply to all bathrooms. Additionally, local water heaters were installed in each bathroom, ensuring a consistent supply of hot water.
